True, True, True. Peeps need to have real peeps they can have relationship with. See each other face to face, to talk about the couldn’t be worse stuff with so when the couldn’t be better stuff comes around it is more enjoyable, more real and more satisfying to relish in together.
Hey, you got a like button. Sweet.
There’s nothing like hanging out in person. Thank God for friends who know us better than the internet!
That’s why I stopped facebook. But when I was a single mum with a disabled child, it was a lifeline. There is something wrong with our society when facebook becomes some folks’ lifeline 🙁
I don’t do fakebook, so I don’t really get your post.
It doesn’t look like I’m missing anything according to your piechart.

Being somewhat limited (physically) in my ability to go and do … I cherish the way that social media broadens my world! But I would never want to fall for the lie that it can replace involvement in real life!
I know you usually only use Facebook as a portal to your blog (and for good reason), but I urge you to consider posting this one to your “Wall Photos” so that it can go viral on Facebook itself. I was going to do that, but I linked the post instead b/c I didn’t want to take credit for it. If you post it I promise you’ll have at least 1 “share”. 🙂
