This is the typical home for a family served by Compassion International child development center EC431 just outside of Quito, Ecuador. Mom, Dad, five boys and two girls live in this house.
Let’s go inside.

Robin @ Set Your Heart To Seek God says:
I am overwhelmed by how much “unnecessary” I have!
Abba, please bless this home, these rooms, this roof! Bless this Dad, this Mom, these boys, these girls! Continue to awake my numbed soul!
Thank you for sharing!
Amy Hunt says:
I am overwhelmed by the truth of these living conditions. I can’t help but feel embarrassed by what I *have*–the comforts and silly things I complain about. But, in this process of living my own individual life, God is tugging at me about how we all live stories for purpose. And so, I ask Him–where will you send me? What will you have me do? I am so humbled.
Rebecca says:
I will never tire of seeing the homes of the poor around the world. I NEED to see this every day, because I easily forget the abundance that I live in.
