Thanks to Ric and Mark at Compassion International for digging up the old footage of a longer-haired me and little Yanci. And thanks to Ryan Detzel for the great photograph from our Kenya trip together. And thanks to you for your constant encouragement, prayers, tweets, shares and whatnot as we race toward August 30th and the release of Third World Symphony together! Thanks.

I listened to the whole pre-release for the first time this afternoon. It’s awesome to finally hear the whole thing.
And it’s funny how I really feel personally invested in this project. I’ve never felt any kind of ownership of anyone else’s music before. But you know how you feel like your music is your baby? Not quite the same thing, obviously, but I think this qualifies like a new niece or nephew or something. Still working on the right analogy.
Anyway, excellent work. Kudos to Mitch and crew as well – the production is great.

Wow! I’ve read your story more than once, but hearing it and seeing it through your eyes brings it so much closer to my heart. I had goosebumps and tears at the same time.
I know you have blessed the lives of so many in the Third World, but you have also blessed mine! Thank you so much.
