It’s always good to be reminded that we aren’t saved so we can go to song services once a week and buy Testamints and Christian fiction… we’re saved so we can partner with God to redeem what we broke in the first place.

I’d love to join Noelle in asking where you found this research about spitting against your enemy, a lengthy time before coming into the Church, etc. Not that I don’t believe you, but I’d love to read up more on the topic… perhaps mix it into some of my discussions.
