I’m in Elgin, Illinois on January 26th.  I’d like to be somewhere nearby, maybe Indianapolis, Chicago or Milwaukee on the next day – Sunday January 27th.  Any takers?

What I’d like to do on that Sunday morning is present Compassion International in some way and offer people a chance to sponsor a child.  That could be a five minute blurb between songs or a full on “sermon” that would include some talk about Compassion.  If I get to talk about Compassion, I’ll do as much or as little as the church wants for nothing but a small offering or donation to help cover my gas and rental car costs.
