		<description>&lt;p&gt;This reminds me very much of the descriptions of cooking/kitchens in two of my favorite novels, both set in late 1800&#8217;s India.&#160; Looks like some things haven&#8217;t changed a whole lot.&#160; Makes me think twice about griping over my &#8216;lack of counter space&#8217; in my house.
