Thanks for your blogs. We have been sponsoring a now young man from DR for 11 years and have had little response from him. His letters mostly say the same thing, and when we send money for as a gift we get a “auto response” letter saying he got a pair of shoes, and a pair of pants. He is now 16 and our hearts have been very heavy for him. We would like to communicate more, have more of a hearts connection, but it has not happened. Our family just studied the DR and it’s history is quite grave. I know the Lord has heard our prayers for Ricardo, but we just wish there was more we could do. My prayers are with you and the team.

Praying for you guys and every reader this week. I pray that nobody closes their eyes or ears to what’s being found and seen this week through all the bloggers eyes and hearts.

For me-it’s a nice shift to have my eyes focused on the children as our country makes some big decisions.
