I’m from Minnesota, and I’ve never wanted to live anywhere else but here until I visited Sedona, Arizona. It is the most beautiful place I have been, granted I haven’t been to whole lot of places, I think the most exotic place I’ve been is a coffeehouse in Amsterdam. Still having said that, there is something so Godly about the redrock formations in Sedona. And then as you take Oak Creek Canyon up to Flagstaff you are amazed at how God placed everything. Oak Creek Canyon is this beautiful green oasis in the middle of dust and heat. I’m waiting for God to call me to Arizona on a permanent basis.

SO beautiful. So, so beautiful. It reminds me of growing up camping in Oregon. I miss green. Central California isn’t that green right now. Or ever. So I’ll gawk at pictures on other people’s blogs and pretend. =^)

I live in Southern California, but grew up in St. Louis.

I miss greenery daily. There is something so soothing about it to the eye and something so harsh bout the constant brown. Don’t get me wrong, there are things to love about every place, but I miss the green.

Last year, I went to the Costa Rica rainforest and could not stop taking pictures. I have tons of pictures of...trees.
