It is like gold.  You are a a good dad to give Becky this time.  It will be so refreshing and invigorating for her.  And, you are good to give your kids YOU.  To let them know that dad can be counted on.  That they don’t have to have mom’s o.k.  To build memories with them that are just yours.  Treasure.  I’m cheating and reading this after I know you survived in tact.  Glad it was a good experience.  And, glad you know just what it feels like to be mom.  It will make you a better dad. </p> Truth is, NO I don’t remember my dad taking care of us.  Ever.  But, my husband has done it for me.
